  Tim was extremely helpful. I logged the emergency; he reached out the following day, made time for me, repaired my lock and added a mortice deadlock as well. Super professional and easy to work with.

  Tim was available the same day that we booked him. He was very prompt, helpful and friendly. He listened to what we said, and identified the problem. We expected to pay for two locks, but Tim managed to alter one lock, so solving the problem. He then changed the other lock, so we only had to pay for one lock and saved some money.
