  We recently had new guttering, fascias and soffits fitted by Denis from Interlay and are extremely pleased with the results. He started and finished the job within two days, exactly as agreed. Denis talked us through every step and was professional throughout. The work has completely transformed our home. He and his team were tidy, respectful and removed all waste once finished. Highly recommend Denis for quality, reliable workmanship.

  Chimney Stack Removal & Roof Repairs

  Dennis was fantastic completing the job in a professional & friendly manner. After surveying the damp patches in the internal wall, told us it was caused by water and dampness coming through the chimney. After the scaffolding was erected, Dennis invited me up to take a closer look at the deteriorating chimney stack. The best option was demolition of the chimney below roofline & renewing the roofing surrounding the chimney stack. Dennis & his team completed the job in a day. Keeping us informed with photos of the progress. His team were polite, contentious & reliable. Leaving the place tidy.

  I highly recommend Interlay Roofing Services for their excellent work and professionalism. Denis explained everything clearly from start to finish, talking us through every step of the process so we knew exactly what was being done. We had a leak coming from our ridge tiles, and the cement on the verge was breaking away. The team repointed both the ridge tiles and the verge, completing all the work in just one day. They did a fantastic job — very efficient, tidy, and professional throughout. We’re extremely pleased with the results and would definitely recommend Denis and the team to anyone

  Denis quoted to fix a leaking chimney based on a drone survey. Kept to the price and had a friendly team working on it for 2 days. Went up scaffolding to review the work and take photos and it looked excellent. Clean and tidy afterwards. No pressure for extras!
