We were recommended this company for our home renovation, and we are very pleased we chose to use them. Kieran was very thorough with his assessment of the house when we first met him, and provided some great ideas that worked alongside our vision. He led the 5 month project, getting professional tradesman in for the different jobs, who all provided brilliant results. He left the site clean at the end of each day, and was considerate with us staying at the property throughout the build. Using Check a Trade for my search, I eventually used Interior to Exterior Property Renovations to completely remove a chimney from our house, and make good the walls, roof and ceilings ready for decoration. This required scaffolding, plastering and roofing skills, which was coordinated and managed by Kieran. What a professional team they were. They kept the house tidy, protecting furniture and carpets to minimise the dust problem. Now that I is finished, you would never know they were here. So I would highly recommend them if you have a similar project.

Kieran was consulted to make areas of the downstairs which had different floor heights mobility friendly, including converting a separate cloakroom and utility room into one wetroom and partial conversion of the garage to a bedroom. He also raised the level of the patio to match that of the downstairs rooms and created a slope to the garden for easy access. Throughout Kieran was engaged in the project and the outcome we needed to achieve. His approach is thorough and creative in problem solving. His work and that of his contractors was first rate. Highly recommend his company.

Kieran and his team were a great to work with. He did a knock through and put in a new kitchen and utility. He was really prompt in getting across a quote initially, including getting plumbers and electrics around to look at what the work would entail. During the work he kept us up to date regularly and worked on the project full time, so it was all done in time and to a great standard. Kieran is lovely and friendly. Very responsive to questions and good at offering advice. He is also very respectful of the house, leaving it clean and tidy at the end of the day. Would recommend!
