Intel came in with a competative quote to remove rotten soffits and old downpipes from our rental property and replace with UPVc. They wasted no time in assessing the job and putting together the quote and were able to complete the work within a week or so of giving them the go ahead. Photos were provided of the completed work which looked great and the tenants were happy with how the work was carried out. Would recommend.

Although it doesn't mention it, Intell Roofing & Building also do bathrooms! they did an excellent job taking out my old bath and installing a new shower and sink. Very happy with the work and they saved some of the old tiles to match in the work around the new sink, just using new tiles for the new shower cubicle.

Had a rather non-straight forward piece of work that needed doing. The lads were courteous and professional, and the completed work was of a high standard. The site was completely cleaned of rubble afterwards, highly recommend.

Very good work, professional, on time, kind and decent price-wise. The team did so well on the roof, we eventually decided to have our house repainted outside as well, and a small wall redone by them. I will certainly recommend.

They were able to respond very quickly and did a good repair on the fascia for a reasonable price
