  First of all , customer service has been excellent. We have been supported every step of the way from making a first enquiry, through the fitting of the solar panels, inverter and storage system including the handover of the system. The roofers and the fitting team were always polite, courteous and very professional. The installation team worked seamlessly with our builders. We would highly recommend this company.

  My knight with the kindest heart

  I was overwhelmed with the support from Ben and his team of lads. Nothing was too much for them they were so efficient and helpful I highly recommend this company. Ben himself went above and beyond to get me sorted I can’t thank him enough. I bought my bungalow with solar panels and just didn’t have a clue what to do and reached out and like a knight in shining armour Ben who has the kindest heart and the knowledge came through and sorted everything out for me, he left no stone unturned. I am so happy with his honesty and professionalism. Thank you Ben my knight in shining armour xx

  A QUALITY SERVICE

  We engaged the services of IES to supply and fit a 14 panel solar system with storage to a domestic premises. The service we received from IES was of a high standard. The customer care exhibited throughout the installation and commissioning phase was exemplary. The very knowledgeable management team walked us through every detail of the process, assisting us in becoming an exporter with our electricity supplier.   Skilful, professional service that is saving us a lot of money.

  Integrity were called in to rectify a solar charging fault but ended up overhauling the complete system to include battery storage and a modern metering system. The difference is phenomenal and the advice is saving me a lot on my electric bills. The work was carried out on time and with no disruption to the business. The engineers are cheerful, patient and endlessly helpful. Follow-up has been prompt and skilful. I simply cannot fault the work or the advice that they have offered

  Installing Solar panels and battery system

  I booked IES in late May and accepted their quote. Ben came out and talked me through the work, the applied for all the certifications to start the work. When the certification was complete I was given a schedule of the work from scaffolding, roofers and electricians to install and clear the work. 5 days were allowed and this was done in the timeframe including replacing my consumer unit which was not originally included in the work scope. System went live and all worked well including the App. Ben returned later with a folder of all manuals, certificates and Warranties. Excellent job.

  Home Solar installation

  Excellent service, as a retired construction manager I found their approach to safety very good, working at height is the biggest cause of fatalities and injuries. Scaffolders, panel installation ( roofers) and electrical technicians all safety and quality aware. In my opinion these are the the key elements of a executed installation. Thanks guy’s superb work, highly recommended this company, both directors are hands on and quality/ Clint satisfaction focused.
