  Replacement boiler

  The tradesman helped me understand the quoted boiler choices and prices, agreed an installation timetable and visited to check the site was suitable for the boiler model. He arrived on time for each day and worked tidily, showing dedication to the work but was also polite, positive, ready to listen and quietly reassuring. The boiler now runs quietly, I have the paperwork for it, it is neatly installed, all the rubbish was taken away and I enjoy my nice new heating.
