This was a tricky job, logistically. I booked Ash to see to a seeming electrical fault at my mother's house, with little information to go on. Pre-visit, communications were good. He attended, with an assistant, investigated and diagnosed, then fixed the issue effectively and quickly. There was no cleanup left to do after the visit, and a few weeks on, everything is still working. It's worth mentioning that my mother lives alone and is classed as "vulnerable", and I was handling everything remotely. The cost was more than reasonable, and I would both recommend them and use them again.

Ash came and replaced our switch for our electric shower. He was reliable and was able to sort out our shower. He contacted us and was great with his communication. He was quick and tidy and help solved the problem!

Ash was great! He kept me informed all the way through and did a great job. From an untidy mess of wires plugged into an extension lead, he transformed it into a tidy arrangement with 2 double sockets, discreetly placed. Also replaced a faulty (old) plug socket and labelled up my fuse box (which hadn’t been done on installation). A really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful person. I would definitely recommend.

Ash was great. He was very communicative, keeping me up to date with what was going on. He was prompt and his work was tidy and done really well. He was really friendly and very helpful, going above and beyond what he was asked to do. I can definitely recommend him.
