From our first meeting with Marcos he came across as a very likeable , polite and honest person so we had no hesitation in appointing him to carry out our works especially as he also had the best price. The initial contract was for the extension but we're so pleased with how the work was done and how Marcos communicated with us with total honesty that we added more works to the contract. A year later we were remodeling our gardens so called him back to carry out groundworks. If you want an honest, reliable and courteous builder get in touch with Marcos and don't lose his number.

Integral did a lot of work for us including a loft conversion, new roof, bathroom refit and the outside rendered. They also had to deal with an unexpected subsidence issue. A site manager was assigned and he liaised between us and the workmen. He was always available to answer any of our queries. All the work was professionally done and the workmen were considerate and friendly. It’s never easy having builders in your house for an extended period but they worked around us as much as possible. The loft conversion is now my favourite room in the house, and it’s a pleasure spending time in it!

Marcos and the team did an excellent job and I would thoroughly recommend. We are based in Surniton and we undertook a loft conversion along with a full house refurbishment including bathrooms, large kitchen, bedrooms and a garage conversion into a bedroom. We found the team to be 100% reliable and trustworthy, always there to help and support and did an excellent job with regard to workmanship in all areas. Everything went very smoothly and it was great to know that such a complicated project could be managed so well.

They suggested an innovative solution for redirecting hot water pipes following installation of a new hot water supply by another builder. This tied in well with installing hardwood flooring in 3 bedrooms and made it easier to renovate the ensuite bathroom. Marcos made very helpful suggestions about the layout of the bathroom, the right bath tub/shower and tiles etc. I was particularly impressed with the care they took tanking the bathroom, preparing the floor in the bedrooms, installing under floor heating in the bathroom and explaining how the controls worked and cleaning up after each day.
