I can’t acted them regarding a quote to fit a vertical blind in a bedroom. They maintained contact via email and arranged a day to visit quickly. One which suited our availability. When the blinds were fitted, I noticed extra unused slats at the bottom of all 4 and asked if they could be removed, as it looked bulky, the excess slats doing nothing. The fitter took them away and refitted the altered blinds about 2 weeks later. I wasn't happy with the alterations as the ladder cord had simply been cut and the loose threads were just left hanging, looking unsightly and unfinished. I said I wasn't happy but they were unwilling to do anymore, saying that was how they should look. A blind company I used last month, for a different room, said InStyle's work was v.
