InstaServices was first Established in 2012. Working predominantly in Surbiton & surrounding areas, we quickly became recognised as being one of the leading design and build companies in the local area.

As a result of working within the local area for such a long period of time, we’ve built up a substantial client portfolio. Ranging from homeowners, builders, developers, local councils, housing associations and local businesses.

The demand we’ve seen for our flooring services over this period of time, has sky rocketed. So much so, that we decided to start our Specialist flooring division.

Headed up by our flooring technician Trevor, with over 40 years experience in the flooring industry; there really aren’t many who can provide the skill set and knowledge that he can.

This, coupled with the support of our in house team of trades and our dedicated customer support team ensures any flooring project will be a stress free process for our clients.
