Professional plumber

Job was understood, viewed and quoted for within a short space of time. Extent of service was clearly explained so expectations could be managed realistically. Job was completed professionally and to a good standard with with respect to the customer and their property . Would definitely recommend.

Kav arrived early (having checked on my availability beforehand) and provided a professional service on my unvented hot water cylinder. He explained all the steps as well as answering all of my queries on the workings of the heating and hot water system - it was an educational experience! I would definitely hire Kav again.

Kav is one of those rare people you can totally rely on. He turns up when he says he'll turn up, he does the job, communicates with you if anything is different and sorts problems. I'm a landlord who doesn't live in London and cant always get to the house to deal with issue. Being able to rely on Kav is a lifesaver. He goes above and beyond and he's fees are very reasonable.
