James arrived within 20 minutes and knew exactly what to do. He was efficient and quickly gained entry to my mom’s house (she’s 85) with no damage to door. Such a nice guy and really helped and advised us. Thank you James.

Fantastic job, fair price and a nice bloke.

I couldn’t shut or lock my balcony door. James responded very quickly and came to look at the job within one hour. It wasn’t the easiest fix as the lock itself was pretty much ok it was the actual alignment of the sliding door which took a lot of trial and error tweaking to ensure it was lockable and draught free. James was very friendly, knowledgeable and recommended a further safeguard. 5* service I now know who to call if I need a locksmith again. Thank you James.
