  Mansard loft conversion

  Mansard Loft conversion completed to a high level including a complete new roof structure with steel work and lead finish on the dormer windows. Internally the specialists Anil arranged to do plastering, install a new staircase, tile and seal the bathroom were absolutely top level and gave the conversion a very high quality finish. Anil was very communicative, he regularly checked in on the project making sure we were happy each step of the way, and running all decisions by us. We also appreciated his guidance and advice on bathroom and glazing suppliers and when to order materials.

  Double storey extension

  We’re absolutely thrilled with the results of our home renovation! From day one, the team was professional, reliable, and a pleasure to work with. Communication was excellent throughout — we felt supported, and guided the whole way through. The external brick finish looks fantastic, and the new roof structure and major steel work enabled the creation of a stunning open-plan kitchen and dining area.   Amazing experience

  Anil and his team were fantastic from start to finish,I can't recommend them highly enough. This was a rear two story extension on a Victorian cottage, including a new kitchen and bathroom. I found Insight ProBuild online and was initially apprehensive, but Anil’s professionalism, honesty, and transparency quickly put me at ease. This was my first house renovation, and Anil kindly guided me through the entire process. He offered clear advice and handled any challenges with calm, pragmatic solutions.   Large Rear Extension

  Large Rear Extension including: - Major steel work to make an open plan kitchen dining space - Installation of underfloor Heating - New roof structure - Good Brick finish externally - New decking installation - New wiring and plumbing Anil and his team were excellent throughout the process. Anil's communication was excellent from the start of the process, through quote to contracting and eventually taking on the build. As well as coordinating the build Anil effectively helped manage the project ensuring we knew what needed to be purchased and when and offering advice when needed.

  Ground Floor Refurbishment

  Dear Extension

  Anil and his team at Insight ProBuild completed a half-width rear extension for us, and we’re delighted with the results. The project included steelwork to create an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space with a tiled gable roof and Velux windows. The exterior features neat brickwork and a new patio, adding style and functionality. Anil communicated clearly throughout, and his team was professional, hardworking, and polite.
