  Perfect from start to finish

  Absolutely outstanding. Insight Pro Build is a rare find in this industry: excellent project management, proactive communication, and total transparency on costs. No hidden fees, no “surprises”, no games — just honest, fair work delivered exactly as agreed. A genuine breath of fresh air compared to the usual contractor experience. Highly recommended.

  Mansard loft conversion

  Mansard Loft conversion completed to a high level including a complete new roof structure with steel work and lead finish on the dormer windows. Internally the specialists Anil arranged to do plastering, install a new staircase, tile and seal the bathroom were absolutely top level and gave the conversion a very high quality finish. Anil was very communicative, he regularly checked in on the project making sure we were happy each step of the way, and running all decisions by us. We also appreciated his guidance and advice on bathroom and glazing suppliers and when to order materials.

  Double storey extension

  We’re absolutely thrilled with the results of our home renovation! From day one, the team was professional, reliable, and a pleasure to work with. Communication was excellent throughout — we felt supported, and guided the whole way through. The external brick finish looks fantastic, and the new roof structure and major steel work enabled the creation of a stunning open-plan kitchen and dining area. Anil was always design and solutions focused, offering smart ideas that helped us make the most of the space. We’re genuinely delighted with the outcome and would recommend Insight Probuild.
