    Aerial and cable replacement

    Graeme did a very thorough site survey and offered more than one option. Once engaged to do the work, he came the next day. He completed the work to our complete satisfaction and ensured the TV was retuned. He also tried to diagnose problems with a DVD player which was beyond the scope of the job.

    Issue with poor television reception resolved

    Graeme initially carried out a series of tests to establish the exact problem with our poor television reception. He determined that the cable between the wall socket and television was faulty. Fortunately I had one to hand which worked perfectly. He only charged us a nominal amount for the visit.

    Prompt, Professional and Personable Service

    Graeme was professional from the first call. Although he couldn’t confirm an appointment immediately, he got back to me quickly to arrange a visit. He arrived promptly and resolved the problems I was having with several TVs in one visit. His explanations of the issues and solutions were clear, and he was warm and personable throughout.
