Francis was professional and reliable throughout the whole process. Francis came to visit in order to quote, and talked me through the different options for new paving slabs (style, colour scheme etc.) before giving me his price. The work was then completed a few days later - arriving early, completing all works and then clearing the site. Would highly recommend!

Francis and the team have done an amazing job with our block paving driveway. At the quotation stage Francis was great helping us with ideas, and we are really pleased with the end result. I couldn't be happier! Francis and the team did an amazing job. They ripped up old decking and laid down beautiful grey and slate coloured block paving. Francis was so helpful and transparent throughout the whole process. He listened to me and understood exactly what I wanted. He took the time to send my pictures of precious jobs and a detailed quote. He answered my questions without judgement and was helpful and lovely. My garden was spotless after all their hard work too! I genuinely couldn't recommend Insight enough, thank you so much to Francis and the team!
