The company kept us well informed at all times regarding the work being carried out. They were pleasant and obliging, keeping disruption to an absolute minimum. Their attention to detail was excellent and we would not hesitate to recommend this company for any building requirements.

I had used IOPS before and knew they were respectful, reliable, trustworthy and excellent at what they do. The work carried out by Paul and Liam included damp proofing, repairs to the chimney and guttering, repointing and air bricks, replaced canopy to back door and panel to conservatory, removal of stone cladding to fireplace and replastering, removal of wallpaper, skirting boards, floorboards and other minor jobs. Luckily Paul and Liam were working here the day our drain became blocked and they even unblocked that too!! Absolutely amazing lads. Would recommend them without question.

As always, Paul and Liam were prompt, professional, flexible and friendly (and they're good friends with our dog. Bertie). I would have no hesitation in using Inside & Out again. Work carried out: 1) Our cellar has an alcove - the alcove ceiling was sealed with plasterboard, dry-lined, treated with sealer, and painted. 2) the rear exterior walls of our house were coated with storm dry cream. 3) the back gates were re-aligned and new heavy duty fixings were fitted.

Paul and Liam did an excellent job (as usual, I have used them for other jobs). The cellar had long-standing problems with water leaks, damp, mould, etc. The guys took the time to investigate the source of the leaks, which were then remedied before they tackled the cellar. The walls and floor were lined with water-proof membrane, then the floor was concreted and plasterbaoard was applied to the walls. Finally, the walls were painted. We're very happy with the standard of Paul and Liam's work and with their attitude and time-keeping. We would definitely use them again.

They were very professional and kept us up to date with what was happening every day. We would definitely use this company for any future work we may need, and found the whole experience made easy, as the work that was carried out was of a high standard and at end of day the area was cleared and made safe before they left

I would thoroughly recommend using Inside and Outside Property Management for any building-related work. The boys did an excellent job on both the garage (which needed to be structurally stabilised and then weather-proofed with Hardie Plank cladding) and gates (which were built from scratch, with steel frame and composite inserts). They were friendly and accommodating (e.G. Working at weekends), and they did a great job of tidying up after they'd finished. Both the garage and the gates look very smart and professional (as several neighbours have commented on).
