Ian and his team installed 2 A/C units in our house and were very professional and knowledgeable through all stages from helping us find the right units for our property to install. Great people and very efficient.

Our roof needed replacing, which meant we needed to remove the aircon units situated on top, then reinstall them once the roof was completed. INS was referred to me by my electrician and Ian did a fantastic job. From the start, friendly service, quick and reasonable quote, and clear communications throughout about scheduling and site requirements. On-site the team (Ian and Will) did a fantastic job, being careful with my property and even keeping an eye on my cats! Everything went smoothly and I'll be inviting them back every year for my annual servicing. I recommend highly!!
