Would highly recommend Ian and his team.

We had a know aircon unit that was not functioning correctly, I have found Ian on checktrade and he was very responsive He scheduled time for a call out and quickly came back with a solution after several attempts to better understand what was happening. He quoted me and he was very patient as we were trying to figure out what to do. Upon receipt of the quote and agreement he came back with a scheduled time. Also he called out that with the gov scheme there was no VAT. In my opinion this is how one should expect customer service to work: reliable, responsive and trustworthy.

We were very pleased with the quality of the INS Air Conditioning units. The fitters were punctual and fitted the units over two days. Ian explained everything to us and we are happy with the results. We would certainly recommend this company to anyone who was interested in having air conditioning units installed.

Polite, showed up on time, wore overshoes and did exactly what they said they would. Work looks to be completed to a high standard and as they are Mitsubishi certified, the air conditioning units have a 5 year warranty on them.
