I appointed this company for plumbing works on a commercial project. Despite receiving drawings and clear instructions that all pipework had to be concealed, several pipes were installed surface-mounted and had to be removed and reinstalled correctly, causing delays to the project. When commissioning the water heater, there was no hot water. The plumber blamed the water heater and claimed an electrical fault. The contractor left the job incomplete I had to appoint another plumber, who quickly identified the real issue: the hot and cold water pipes had been incorrectly connected.

Ilir was very friendly and helpful, he went the extra mile to come and see the job before quoting and he made useful suggestions to incorporate into the job to improve our set up. He was quick and efficient too.
