We asked the Innovision Group to help us with a patio extension and new seating area. We weren't quite sure what we wanted at first, but their customer support person Beth talked us through the available services and put us in contact with their designer Dan, who visited us for a consultation. Both Beth and Dan were extremely helpful and responsive, whilst giving us space and time to work out what we wanted. The work was carried out professionally, on-time and to high standard. They even let us keep some spare grouting in case we wanted to refresh the old patio area. We love our new garden!

Matt did a great job cleaning the paving on our front driveway and rear patio. The front in particular was in a bad way but it’s now looking good again. Communication from the office was also excellent and Beth was very helpful organizing everything and promptly answering my questions.

Innovison was recommended to me by a neighbour, I designed a replacement patio, and the team built it for me. The team was tidy, polite & efficient, keeping me informed of the outcome per day, and suggesting improvements to my design. Beth in the office was helpful and communicated frequently following up on my enquires. I’m very pleased with the result.

A great experience working with Innovision. Daniel, Jack, Perry, Matt, Luke and the rest of the team who supported them from time to time did a great job. We started with our own plan and Innovision provided excellent ideas and insight into those to agree a fully costed plan. During the 5 week ‘build phase’, as we came across inevitable snags and tweaks, and needed to adapt the plan, they were incredibly helpful and flexible. The team were all friendly, courteous, responsive and hardworking. An excellent experience working with a very professional team.
