  Had front porch door and side panel replaced . From order to fitting was completed in 4 weeks although we had chrismas and new year holidays in between. Job carried out by Shane. Luke kept me updated throughout with regards to survey, order being placed and choice of date and times for doing the job. Shane was very professional, polite and very approachable. Wherever there was an option, he discussed with me and took into consideration my views. He was very organised, left the area tidy and a very neat job done . I can highly recommend Innova Trade Frames LTD.

  The team were extremely helpful and quick to respond to my initial enquiry and any further questions I had. The day our windows were installed the fitter arrived early ready to start and did a fantastic job of fitting and clearing up afterwards. We are very happy with our windows and would definitely recommend Innova.

  Great Window Company

  I was introduced to Innova Windows team by a friend that had used them. The entire experience was simply perfect. Luke came out and talked us through our options and was patient with our many questions. We checked out some previous installations and were impressed with the finish. Their attention to detail before, during and after was fantastic and we couldn’t be happier with the finish product. I would highly recommend them!

  If only all companies were as good to deal with as Innova trade frames! Right from the first visit by Rhys, they dealt with the job in a friendly professional way. The windows, doors & conservatory are top quality & were fitted quickly & professionally. I would have no hesitation in recommending Innova to anyone
