My previous bathroom had a number of issues, I needed someone thorough & skillful to come in, discuss options, remove & replace everything. Paul was absolutely brilliant in every aspect of this. Accommodated everything that I wanted and gave me good, solid, clear advice every step of the way. He has a great work ethic, great eye for detail, & is passionate about doing everything properly & in the best possible way. I couldn't have asked for a better company. I'm amazed at the quality of my new bathroom, feels like I've walked into a rich person's bathroom instead of my own! I'm blown away!

We had Paul and Dave from Innovation bathrooms and they did an Excellant job. Arrived by 7:30 every day and completed all works within the agreed time. Paul explained what they would be doing every day and they kept to the schedule. They also tided up everyday after the days work and organised the skip to take away all the rubbish.. which was collected promptly once the job was done! I’d recommend them both for anyone looking for a high-end quality bathroom that is completed in a professional manner and on time.

Would use again. Paul and his team completely replaced my old bathroom, working around the cramped space to give something luxurious. Paul came up with innovative solutions to difficult problems, we now have a shower screen and storage for the first time ever. They worked around unexpected problems (ceiling in poor shape, no right angles) leaving it looking excellent. He recommended great fittings at a good price. Work was on time, to cost, clean and considerate. Good team of supporting trades.

I cannot recommend Paul Marsh from Innovation Bathrooms highly enough. From the very beginning, he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and approachable. His attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident throughout the entire project. Paul worked incredibly hard, ensuring everything was completed to the highest standard. His workmanship was impeccable. Beyond his skills and professionalism, Paul is a genuine, honest, and respectful individual. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work and genuinely cares about their clients.
