  Marius quoted, chased and then I committed to the work. He failed to appear twice, reasserting his interest, ‘I will help you’ then having promised failed to be available to help lift 23x25kg copping stones from a pavement pallet delivery leaving me stranded blocking the path for two schools. He was given 4 days notice of the delivery. He did not apologise, rather ‘I could not expect him to be around…..’ etc. He didn’t know they were coming, even though delivery text was forwarded to him. Do not use, unreliable and will drop your work with no notice., and leave you stranded.

  Roof repair and guttering cleaned

  10/10 all around I have to say! Great communication. Great prices and quality of work. Great people. I had quite a few roof tiles that were damaged due to bad weather and these guys attended my property exactly at the time we agreed, they gave me a fair quote and they even gave me a free complimentary gutter clean, which from their photos, was very much needed! So happy. I would definitely recommend using this company and speaking with Andrew for any property maintenance works you require.

  Flat roof and dormer repair

  We had Marius repair 3 flat roofs which had been repaired and replaced by other tradesmen to a poor standard and were leaking. Marius was a world apart, timely, efficient and courteous. He was a pleasure to have around and told us straight what needed doing and what didn’t. Would highly recommend him!!

  Roof

  I contacted innovate on last Sunday evening due to a hole in my bay roof appearing, we was aware the problem needed fixing for some time but we kept putting it off, we called innovate and Andrew and Mark attended and carried out an emergency repair to stop any coming expected rain, they provided me with a very reasonable quote that we have agreed on and works have now been completed! I would highly recommend this company to carry out necessary works to put your mind at ease. Thank you for all your hard work team!

  Chimney Leak & Roof Issues

  Mark came out within a day to look at the issue (rain was running into the loft down the chimney stack) and advised what the best course of action would be. He took lots of photos of the Chimney & Roof to show us what needed replacing and at the time we couldn't afford everything to be done he did the necessary areas to stop the leak and repair / replace up to our budget. The work was completed within a day to a very high standard and they left no mess at all. Mark is returning next week to complete the rest of the areas that need sorting out. I would 100% recommend this company.
