Skimming hallway ceiling.

Great job done by Pete, he skimmed over old artex ceiling in our hallway. Some of the ceiling showed where an old roof hatch was, but with Pete’s skill he skimmed out the lumps and bumps. We are very happy with our nice new flat ceiling.

Plastering hall ceiling over old artex.

Pete was great, he kept us informed of his date of work and arrival. Pete prepared our hallway ceiling and put down dust sheets to protect the wooden flooring. He removed the peaks of old artex and then sealed with PVA, he put the first coat of new plaster on, then a second, all the time taking care with the coving. Pete explained the whole process to us. The final stage was to smooth out and polish the plaster. We are very pleased with his work, he’s a friendly, polite and helpful man, we would definitely recommend him.

Plastered a new extention.

Innovate Plastering did a fantastic job on my 4.5m x 3.5m extension with a vaulted ceiling. Pete's plastering and screeding work was impeccable, leaving a flawless finish. He kept the workspace extremely clean and his great sense of humor made the whole process enjoyable. I highly recommend Innovate Plastering for any plastering needs!

I would 100% recommend Pete to anyone needing any plastering. Pete is conscientious, extremely efficient and a hard worker and we are really pleased with the finished product. Couldn’t ask for better communication, updates and a generally honest, trustworthy & reliable tradesman. We will definitely be using Pete again for future plastering jobs. Owned by Peter Medhurst who has over 20 years of plastering experience and is a fully qualified and trade registered plasterer. Peter is a professional and personable plasterer with a wealth of experience of working on different projects.

Peter qualified with an NVQ 3 level in plastering in 1997 and in the same year he received the prestigious Tool Box award from British Gypsum to honour becoming the top apprentice in his college year. The ethos of innovate plastering is that we enjoy new challenges and innovative projects and are continually growing and developing our professional skills and services.
