  Brilliant work really pleased

  Dylan and his team built a patio and front driveway. They were very professional and polite, asked our opinion and listened to us if we wanted some small change. The whole experience was excellent. They only finished when we were satisfied with the work. Well worth it, they did a brilliant job.

  Excellent job laying patio, installing fencing and aluminium pergola

  Dylan was recommended by our neighbour. We’ve had a large courtyard patio taken up and relayed in Indian sandstone, a new “eye shaped” patio built and started relaying garden path more to be done next year. Dylan, Liam and Ellis are a great bunch of guys very polite and professional and hard working. The patio work looks fantastic. This last week the guys were with us to install a new fence and aluminium pergola. Again a great job. Dylan has a focus on delivering quality to his customers we will use him for our next project and have no reservation on recommending him

  Excellent workmanship and timekeeping.

  Delighted with the work Dylan and his team have done in finishing stage 2 of laying Indian sandstone in our garden. Attention to detail and workmanship is faultless and Dylan has kept us up to date on progress on a daily basis. Timekeeping has been very good and if there have been any additional costs these have been itemised and explained in detail. The fact we are planning further work with Dylan in 2026 is a measure of confidence we have in Innovate Building.

  Replacement of existing front garden with new block paving etc
