  Replace crazy paved patio with Indian sandstone

  Delighted with the work Dylan , Liam and Harrison have done over the last two weeks. Excellent workmanship and attention to detail; update on progress every day and our property left clean and tidy . No hidden extras over what we agreed and we’re very pleased to be able to support a young local company and look forward to the additional landscaping work starting in July. Highly recommended.

  Cavity Wall Tray installation and Rendering - Single storey extension

  Dylan exceeded our expectations on all counts. He arrived to review the jobs when he said, he did what he quoted for in the timescale we had requested and arrived to start the job at the agreed day and time. He and Harrison were both polite and courteous and their attention to detail was very satisfying. We have no hesitation in recommending Innovate Building and will be using them on our future prijects.

  We have now used Dylan on 3 different occasions and have always been really pleased with the standard of work he completes. Dylan is always reliable and on time and leaves the house as clean as it was when he arrived. Dylan is very polite and keeps you up to date as work progresses. We will absolutely use Dylan again, it's great to find a tradesperson you can trust and rely on

  Installation of new boundary fence

  We have used Innovate Building before and were so impressed that we asked Dylan and his team to install our new boundary fence. There was a lot of digging and clearing to do and this was done in a very efficient and tidy manner. Dylan goes above and beyond to ensure that his customers are completely happy. We are very particular and are impressed with the work carried out. They are polite and a pleasure to have around. We cannot recommend highly enough.
