  They turned what looked like a war zone into a beautiful driveway.

  The previous company had left us with a quagmire for a driveway, and winter with its' rainy days was looming. Suddenly, three days of sunshine and Dylan and his team immediately got to work.. Even though it was a weekend, they worked from dawn until dusk to make the most of the good weather, and in that time they turned what looked like a war zone into an amazing driveway. We were so pleased with the outcome. Dylan and his team are very experienced and professional, they know what they are doing, are friendly with a 'can do attitude', and very reasonably priced.   Driveway installation excellence.

  Innovate Building recently replaced our shingle driveway with a new block paved one. The quality of their work and the friendly, efficient and very professional approach to the job was excellent. They were somewhat hampered by the weather but kept us fully informed of their proposed work schedule. We are delighted with the results and very much appreciated Dylan and Ellis’s hard work.

  New front steps

  Couldn’t recommend Dylan more, we had a lorry crash into our front step and he was extremely helpful in finding the best solution to fix it. Quick and responsive, flexible with options to make sure it’s what we wanted!

  replacing cracked brickwork.

  Dylan was very helpful in taking through the work needed and also suggested improvements. Thoroughly cleaned up work area afterwards and made sure we were happy with what he had done. We will be using him again on other projects. Very good on price too!

  Brilliant work really pleased

  Dylan and his team built a patio and front driveway. They were very professional and polite, asked our opinion and listened to us if we wanted some small change. The whole experience was excellent. They only finished when we were satisfied with the work. Well worth it, they did a brilliant job.

  Excellent job laying patio, installing fencing and aluminium pergola

  Dylan was recommended by our neighbour. We’ve had a large courtyard patio taken up and relayed in Indian sandstone, a new “eye shaped” patio built and started relaying garden path more to be done next year. Dylan, Liam and Ellis are a great bunch of guys very polite and professional and hard working. The patio work looks fantastic. This last week the guys were with us to install a new fence and aluminium pergola. Again a great job. Dylan has a focus on delivering quality to his customers we will use him for our next project and have no reservation on recommending him
