  Exceptional service from start to finish. Whilst this was a routine service, Tom went above and beyond to explain all aspects of the work and not only carry out what was asked but provided useful insight and advice. Tom was friendly and approachable providing an enjoyable and trusting experience. I would highly recommend and will be looking to use the company for any future work where possible.

  Oven circuit installation

  From start to finish there was clear communication with Tom. He made recommendations based on our needs which we implemented. On the day of the job, in addition to the installation, we were impressed with the preparation of the area and the clean up. Looking forward to working with Tom again.

  Cooker Supply Extension, Dual Outlet and Lighting Replacement

  Quite simply the best tradesperson we’ve had the pleasure of doing business with from start to finish - outstanding work and communication. Extended and tested the existing cooker supply, installed a dual cooker outlet, reconnected two existing single ovens, and safely isolated a redundant warming drawer. Three pendantsl lights were also replaced with a single drop-down light fitting, with neat wiring adjustments and safety testing. Professional, punctual, and meticulous throughout. Book him - you won't regret it 👍

  A trustworthy and excellent service

  Tom from Innov8 Electrical SW fitted a new night storage heater recently for my mother who is 93. From the first contact with Tom he was very friendly and approachable and when he visited my mums home to assess for a quote he was prompt reliable and very clear about the details of the work and the costs involved. When the work was done Tom was trustworthy, courteous and kind to my Mum whilst being very efficient and tidy. Toms communication was excellent too along with his reassurances about a follow up service. I would definitely recommend Tom and very much appreciate the service he provided.

  tidy of cable runs and relocation of light switch

  Tom was prompt to offer site visit. arrived on time. very open with communication. quote provided that night and booked for following week. Tom arrived again on time and set to. completed work as needed to a solid standard. would not hesitate to recommend for future work to family and friends.
