  Shelley who provided the estimate was knowledgeable and polite. This was refreshing after other companies provided estimates using outdated and farcical sales techniques. The price was competitive and she made sure the door installed met the regulations of the shared building (another estimator quoted for a PVC door which would not have been acceptable for my property due to fire door regulations). A small hiccup around a delay in the windows being made was readily communicated and work rescheduled to ensure no delay to myself. Ready happy with end product and the service provided by Shelley.
