Danny and his team have carried out the excavation of a leak in our bathroom and the reinstallation of the repaired room. From the onset Danny kept us informed of when the works would start and gave a daily update of works to be completed and who would be arriving that day to do the works. All of Danny’s team from plumbers, decorators to tilers have been courteous, mature and professional throughout. They had total respect for our home and tidied any mess away every day. The Team worked without stopping and were careful and precise in their work. They cleared up and left everything tidy on a daily basis. Everyone was friendly and respectful. Their manager kept us regularly informed on how things would progress. After the work was completed the new decked area was pressure washed and windows and pathways to our property cleaned. Following a freak storm, my entire basement flat was flooded from overflowing street drains! Danny and his team responded immediately and setup several dehumidifiers to minimise any mould damage to my property and calmly guided, reassured and advised me throughout the complex insurance process. Danny and his team have been professional, reliable and committed to my project; always going the extra mile to make me feel reassured in what was stressful time. My flat is now completely refurbished and looks like a stunning show home. Danny is an expert in his field and I recommend his work 100%.
