This was a holy positive experience. Communication throughout was excellent. We were given good, initial advice and then helped to refine our choice until we were happy to proceed. A mutually convenient date was agreed, and the work was completed quickly and with a minimum of disturbance. Cleanup was excellent. We were then shown how to use the app associated with our unit (an optional step), everything was tested, and the job was done.

This is the second time I’ve used Infinity Air Conditioning, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. He installed a unit at my house, and the whole process — from the first chat to the final install — was super easy and hassle-free. Communication was excellent the whole way through, and he clearly knows his stuff. He takes real pride in his work, communicates brilliantly, and nothing’s ever too much trouble. No pushy sales pitch, just a down-to-earth guy who genuinely cares about doing a great job. Can’t recommend Infinity Air Conditioning highly enough — small business, big results.

From the first phone call Greg was very helpful. Asked me to send photos of where I would like the air con units before he arrived to assess the job. Explained and sent me information on different air con units. A price was agreed and Greg arranged for the air con units to be delivered prior to the start date. Arrived on time and just got on with the job. When finished the area was left spotless with no mess left. Very happy with the work carried out and would highly recommend Greg.

As most things, a service package is a suggested add on service. However, in this case it was well worth it! Once the units had been cleaned internally, serviced…they were back to cooling down the house! You don’t realize over the year, how dust etc builds up, preventing the cool air working! But Greg sorted this with no issues, very clean, well communicated and again a professional job.
