  Swift, efficient, professional service

  From the first communication to the last, Sam was professional, efficient and reliable. I phoned up to ask for a boiler service for my parents’ house. He instantly phoned back, arranged to visit the next day, fit a part the following day and then check the smoke and carbon monoxide detectors on Friday afternoon. I would certainly recommend - we will be using him again! 👏👍🤩

  Really pleased with Sam and the team at Infinite. Very easy and quick communication. Sam was able to come and quote for the job very quickly. Work arranged for the following week and done to a high standard. Fitter arrived when he said that he would and was helpful and tidy. A good job all round

  Shower failure - replacement of failing pump

  Sam identified fault on first visit, and made a temporary fix. He advised a replacement pump was necessary, and explained options and their likely prices. He confirmed the labour cost of the job, and that the only variable would be our choice of pump. Once advised of our choice, he booked a second visit and returned to install the replacement on an agreed date. On the day he let us know he was running ahead of schedule and would arrive earlier than planned. He was polite, and cleared up the area after the work was complete. Happy to recommend him again.

  Annual boiler service

  We have now used Sam for multiple jobs from bathroom fitting, entire house replumb and boiler installation and subsequent service. Always super professional, prompt and work of high standard. They are gem and joy to deal with happily recommend.
