Gosh. What truly horrible man and business, don’t bother giving your hard earned money to this racist rude man or welcoming him into your home. Ian agreed to the scope of the work via email and was due to come round and to assess. An hour later he sent an email that said I would be unlikely to afford his work and he was “simply not bothered”. When I queried the email, he retorted my response was “a clearly ethnic response”?? This is not a man or business I suggest anyone should be engaging with. Happy to attach screenshots of the vile behavior

Excellent worker very polite and helpful. Advised clever ideas to improve design. Prompt and very tidy approach which resulted in an 100% perfect finish. Highly recommended!!

This was the second time we have used Ian last year for a kitchen fitting which was exellent and this year for a bathroom fitting which he again done a great job, we are very pleased with the quality of the work, reliability and communication highly recommended

Ian was amazing diagnosed the issue and explained in detail what needed to be done, quoted for the work. Turned up on time and cleaned up. Would not hesitate to use him again and recommend to others.

I had a full bathroom refit. Ian was able to provide a complete end-to-end service including supply, fit and all waste removed with decorating and electrical work completed. I was very pleased with the result which was completed to a high standard. Ian was very reliable and communication was excellent, keeping me informed throughout the refit.

Created downstairs toilet and shower room from scratch, to include all plumbing, fixtures and tiling. Followed brief to a T, on time and within budget. A professional job all-round!
