  Unvented Direct Cylinder

  Sam was fantastic from start to finish! I have been without mains hot water for 2.5 years and with some experience of dodgy builders was a bit worried about getting more work done but obviously hot water essential!! Sam was really knowledgeable and friendly at quote stage and made me feel relaxed. A lovely lad! Work was done very tidy and thoughtful and didn’t complain when challenges arose. Such a great experience! Thanks so much to Sam and team. Great job and no problems since!

  Replacing water pump

  Sam came to replace a broken water pump, done a fantastic job and suggested a better placement for it as the old one was installed too close to wall. At the end collected all rubbish and left everything nice and neat. Couldn’t fault him 100% happy and would use again

  Investigation & Advice for possible leak from pipework.

  Sam got in touch with me quickly, we set a date and time. He arrived as promised & on time and set about his investigations as I had black marks on my bathroom lino. Sam checked all internal pipework which he thought could be leaking, informing me of progress along the way. He was happy there were no leaks under my flooring & proceeded to go outside & check for possible ingress. There it was!! My walls need to be pointed - urgently! My initial request was for researching & Sam went over & above & gave me the best advice. I will contact Sam again for any plumbing jobs I may have! Fantastic!!

  Plumbing of Macerator

  I cannot fault any aspect of Sam's work ethic! His timekeeping was great, as was his communication. He was thorough when quoting for the job and a very clean workman. As with most jobs we have had done to our property, things were not as straight forward as they should have been but Sam took it all in his stride - even removing 2 dead mice from the macerator plug! We found Sam to be work-proud and he ensured that the toilet was fully functional (he needed to replace the flush unit as the previous one had eroded). I have no issue recommending Sam for any job and wish him all the best!

  Blocked bath and sink

  Sam went above and beyond to fix the problem and we are very happy now that the issue is resolved. Sam is very proactive in his approach to solving the problem and ensured he looked beyond the 'presenting' problem to ensure the issue was truly resolved. It's very hard these days to find reliable, professional, honest tradesmen but Sam is just that. He also takes a lot of pride in his work and ensures its done properly. It's nice having paid a tradie and knowing I can be confident the issue is fully resolved. I would highly recommend Sam to anyone wanting a reliable, honest plumber!
