    Fantastic service from start to finish. Brian arrived on time, was very polite, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. He was tidy, clearing away all the mess at the end of the day and leaving my house spotless. Reliable tradespeople are hard to find, and I wouldn't hesitate to use Brian again for future projects.

    From the initial meeting, designing the bathroom, selecting the resources, meeting the workforce, this has been a fantastic experience. My new bathroom looks incredible. The staff worked so hard to make this happen. I was fully supported and advised throughout the process. I will be choosing Inavent to help me with my next project, a new kitchen.

    EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM INAVENT

    Our heating had stopped working but we had hot water. Called Brian at Inavent and he came out quickly, diagnosed the problem (diverter valve faulty) and talked us through it. He then replaced the part in a timely and efficient manner. Brian really knows his stuff and does a great job. Will definitely use again.

    Honest, knowledgeable and tidy trades person, would recommend.

    Looked for plumbers for a small job of changing bathroom basin taps (supplied) and possibly new flexible hoses.. Got a prompt message from Brian asking if I could send pictures, which I did. Another message straight back to come and inspect the following afternoon. Messaged to say he could come earlier in the day and when arrived and had seen the job said he could do it there and then and gave a very reasonable price. Changed the taps, both flexible hoses (averting a possible disaster) and one of the isolator valves. All done at the original agreed price. Very happy with the service.
