    Excellent service

    Water was escaping when the plug was pushed down on the bathroom sink. Brian fitted us in really quickly and fixed the problem within minutes. Brian is so helpful, efficient and friendly. Even gave advice on another problem that wasn't plumbing related. Have used Brian a few times now and wouldn't want to use anyone else.

    Very reliable, excellent quality work and communication

    I called Inavent when I had an entirely self-inflicted problem with my drains. Brian gave me some excellent advice which helped me resolve the problem myself when he could easily have come round and charged me for the job. As a result of this honest advice, Inavent were the first company I called when I had a problem with a kitchen tap. Brian came round the next day having thoroughly researched the problem and everything was sorted within 24 hours of calling. Thoroughly professional, excellent communication; would not hesitate to use them again.

    New taps fitted and toilet inlet replaced

    Had new taps fitted in the bathroom and toilet inlet replaced. Brian was very professional and trustworthy. Did a great job and good price. Left bathroom tidy and is also very friendly and polite. Wouldn't use anyone else now.

    If perfection is what you want

    Brian has completed a number of different plumbing jobs for me. Most recent, 24th November, was over 2 days. From first call to talking through ideas, to giving advice and preparing a detailed quote I knew what to expect.     Chemical flush of radiators

    Had a chemical flush completed on all radiators. It was an all day job. Brian was very knowledgeable and helpful and the quote was a good price. He arrived when he said he would and let me know he was on his way. Even though there is noise when radiators are done he was very considerate as I was at home all day. Very friendly and did a great job. Very pleased with work carried out and would highly recommend.
