I was very happy with the service I receivd and was very happy with the results - a laptop minus bugs andan operable printer

Jaison was very quick to respond to my Checkatrade post and kept me informed about his ETA. He isolated what he was sure the problem was (a conflict between the inbuilt Windows Defender and my installed BitDefender software). He insisted that I shouldn't be charged his full rate, which was generous of him. Unfortunately, I've once again lost my ethernet connection, so I'm waiting for him to get back to me.

Jason and team were extremely professional and responded to my request promptly. In few hours he was on site and repaired the Monitor and changed the damaged hardisk. 100 % recommend him.
