The employee turned up on time. I didn’t see him do everything that other engineers had done previously. He told me I needed a more comprehensive service and quoted me £390 and it could be done the next day. I initially agreed but had second thoughts and cancelled the job. I got another engineer to look at my boiler and he didn’t believe it needed the service suggested by Imrie engineer. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. I have paid for the initial service.

They came out to view the job rather than provide a rough quote. Everything was on time and to a high standard. They came back to check something the following week and were really quick and efficient. Very friendly and great communication too.
