Quick to respond and provide a quote for the work required. On the day, called to advise of a slight delay and kept me fully updated on arrival time. Bogdan explained everything he would do, and all the furniture was covered carefully, which meant there was not a speck of dust anywhere! Also used for work to repair chimney pot cementing and cowl replacement. Bogdan highlighted the required repairs and the completed work. Would recommend, as all work was carried out with care and attention, not to mention cleanliness.
