  I had a washing machine drainage issue

  I had a drainage issue with the waste pipe from the washing machine. Various plumbers spoke about cutting pipes.one quoted £257. Joe came in and identified a blockage in the system, even though I’d had the pipes checked. He was right. Really knowledgeable and polite. He went above and beyond. And he didn’t charge like a wounded bull.!!. I’d definitely call on him again.

  Mirror in bathroom, radiators, lighting and curtain poles replaced

  Various jobs were completed around the house including replacing radiators, changing light fixtures, replacing curtain pole, placing a new mirror in bathroom. Works were carried out as agreed, arrived on timely manner and no mess was left behind. Reasonably quoted for all works. Highly recommend.

  Very poor standard of work

  flooring laid no issues, painting carried out rushed & completed very badly. Painted living room walls, kitchen ceiling, walls & skirting, hallway, stairs and 2 bedrooms in 2 days !! Damaged kitchen cupboards & new flooring with paint also painted my light switches, plug sockets & door frames due to poor prepping. Can see original colour on walls in many areas. Turned heating on without asking to help paint dry quickly as was rushing. Many more issues I am unable to mention as unable to leave a description with more than 550 characters. Aggressive when initially called to advise of the issues

  I have done a job for this customer before and they were pleased with the work. I was then the asked to do this painting job. We discussed the timescale before the work began. Throughout the job, I protected and covered the surfaces (including sockets, switches, cupboards and skirting boards) using masking tape and also covered the floors. Unfortunately the customer was not happy with the work on this occasion. On the day the painting was finished, they asked me to come back to give another coat of paint on one of the skirting boards, which I agreed to, however they later had additional things they wanted to be addressed. I went back to the property for a full inspection and assessment as I want to ensure customers are satisfied with the work, and I offered to give another coat of paint on the walls to attempt to resolve the situation. It is unfortunate that we were unable to reach a satisfactory resolution before the customer decided to leave a negative review.

  Jose was brilliant, he arrived on time, carried out multiple works around the house swiftly. Nothing was too much for Jose. More importantly, Jose reasonably priced me for all the works he carried. I would highly recommend Jose.
