The engineer showed up on time for an annual service and was very friendly. I mentioned that every few months the pressure needs adjusted but it is not a major inconvenience. He took a look and advised a new vessel is required at approx £300 on another date. After this visit I now have to manually fix the pressure every time I need hot water or heating so it has clearly been damaged. I am now being ignored and will have to find another company to fix this damage.

This is lies you advised the pressure was going down every few weeks we tried to charge the vessel up but the vessel was punctured we advised you and showed the air coming out of the vessel on the service and then you tried to blame us for the damaged part in the boiler that was already damaged and wanted it replaced for free and we have not ignored you we offered you to fit the price at half price to resolve this you was chancing getting the part replaced for free
