    Bad experience

    The engineer showed up on time for an annual service and was very friendly. I mentioned that every few months the pressure needs adjusted but it is not a major inconvenience. He took a look and advised a new vessel is required at approx £300 on another date. After this visit I now have to manually fix the pressure every time I need hot water or heating so it has clearly been damaged. I am now being ignored and will have to find another company to fix this damage.

    This is lies you advised the pressure was going down every few weeks we tried to charge the vessel up but the vessel was punctured we advised you and showed the air coming out of the vessel on the service and then you tried to blame us for the damaged part in the boiler that was already damaged and wanted it replaced for free and we have not ignored you we offered you to fit the price at half price to resolve this you was chancing getting the part replaced for free

    The plumber arrived on time tightened the nut said that was it by the time he was back to his van noticed the pipe was still leaking had to call him back he then replaced the pipe from the cold tap.It still dripping but has now stopped. left a message to say it was still dripping but have had no reply which is bad customer service.

    I can only apologise on the engineers behalf we changed the tap connector and obviously there’s more than one leak the tap must be faulty I can get engineer out to you

    Gas engineer called for address and gave me a quote for the work. Was there within 20 minutes, carried out the work quickly and efficiently.

    Shower replacement

    Very professional and responsive. The job had to be rescheduled because they had to respond to an emergency, which was initially disappointing but totally understandable. More importantly, they were very good at letting me know and working out an alternative appointment that fit around my work schedule. The plumber did a great job and was very professional. All round good experience. I’d happily go to them again.

    Great Experience

    I was so impressed with Dan and his team. He came out almost immediately, saw what the problem was with our boiler and advised that we needed a new one. He was going to come out the very next day but the holidaylet guests told him that they didn't want him to come out then and to wait until they left two days later. So he went and bought back heaters for them and replaced the boiler in just a few hours when they had left. His team were friendly all of them were professional. Would highly recommend.
