Excellent - Kal on behalf of Imperial took out an old fitted wardrobe and put up a new wall for me and skirting board. Kal was flexible with work times and put in a lot of hours to make sure it was on time. Once contacted by Imperial with a decent quote the job was scheduled quite promptly. On due date they kept me up to date re; arrival time. Job was only a small one but completed in a good time and to a great standard. We arranged a time for a visit two days in advance. The day and time was entirely chosen by tradesman. They apparently missed their alarm clock and forgot about our meeting (meeting was at 11 am). I tried to contact them all morning before the visit. Tried to call them a dozen times through whatsapp an phone, to no avail. This was to get a quote prior to a sale: the sellers, estate agent and buyer were all present, for nothing. It's that kind of tradesperson.
