Two days ago we lost all power sockets in the house. I looked at the fuse box, and the one designated ‘sockets’ was OK. I flipped it on and off to no avail. Not knowing any electricians I had to go online to find one that could help. I gave Imp Electrical a call, explained my predicament. Brett asked for an image of the fusebox. From that, and after a couple of questions, with his help the sockets came back on. I was saved a call-out thanks to the very professional way Brett handled the problem. I was very impressed and should I ever need an electrician again I can say, “I know one.”

They turned up promptly and did a very thorough job. There were more faults than I realised and I was given good advice on improving my electrics and using them more safely. They were friendly and efficient.

As in title, the team arrived on the same day and fixed the issue within a short time, while giving recommendations for improvement and next steps. Definitely recommend to everyone

Brett and Matt came back to me quickly with a very reasonable quote for a EV charger installation. They advised me on what charger Wood best suit my needs and installed within 6 days of me initially reaching out. I love the charger and the workmanship was top class. Extremely courteous and professional all the way through. My go to company from now on for any future electrical work I may need. Thanks guys.

Excellent all round service - Prompt response to inquiry and out of hours job inspection. Sound technical advice on course of action and careful explanation of the work plan was very reassuring. The work was carried out carefully and quickly despite our house having a non-standard configuration and delivered to the best standard. The administration of the work (communications Invoicing etc) is of an equally high standard. I will return to this company for future business
