My tenant sent me a video of their blocked sink at 2300hrs on a Friday. I could not let them wait until Monday and so on Saturday morning at 0715, I sent a plumber request to checkatrade. Within a minute, Sonny from Impeccable 24hr Plumbers called me and told me he could be at the address by 0900. He was enthusiastic and quoted me a very reasonable price for a call out. He was there by 0900, he then fixed the problem and sent me a message a video of the sink in working order. The service from checkatrade and Sonny was excellent and could not have been a better experience.
