Impact have been a great supplier from the first contact with Jamie who provided real insights about requirements and listened carefully. The whole engagement process was professional and gave me confidence that his team cared about customer service. The install process was first class and the team were tidy, courteous and professional. I’m glad I chose Impact for the work as their pre-sales, install and after sales service to date has been brilliant and I would recommend them to anyone considering aircon in their house. Jamie and his team were great! Excellent service, attention to detail and overall, a friendly company! Every question was answered and the installation was thorough and complete in just over half a day.

Had AC installed in the dining room and master bedroom. Took only one day's work to do the installation! By the end of the day, we were using the AC in the dining room! Communication was excellent! Staff were friendly and worked efficiently.

The service and installation was superb and 2 aircons installed in one day. The team was very accommodating and even moved 2 paintings for us. The team explained everything about the aircons to us and set up the WiFi. They accommodated my request to install one of the aircons so it didn't affect my sky dish. The team was extremely pleasant and had a number of laughs with us as well. I would certainly recommend Impact Air to any person looking for aircons. If we ever have future requirements we will go back to Jaimie and his team

Fantastic company from start to finish and I LOVE my new air con! Wish I'd got it years ago. I was drawn to Impact by their detailed website which explained how AC works and had loads of photographs of previous jobs so I knew what to expect. Jamie came out to quote, talked me through my options then sent detailed info. He was so friendly, knowledgeable and easy to deal with, as were the guys who work for him and did the install. My wall-mounted units look fabulous, they cool the rooms in minutes and are incredibly quiet. I am a very happy customer and would recommend Impact to anyone :)

The team at Impact Air conditioning were tasked to move a domestic air conditioning unit including re-gassing and providing new pipe work and covering. All of the required work was carried out to an exceptional standard. The lads were really polite and friendly and left the place in impeccable condition. The air con works better than expected and we were given comprehensive instructions on how to correctly use it. Really reasonably priced, lovely prompt and reliable team and we would use them again.
