Excellent customer relations from initial contact to completion, easy to discuss options and cost. we agreed a time and price and it went easy to completions. the team turned up as planned used a vacuum cleaner to tidy as they went along and also when drilling holes. The commissioning and handover was smooth. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them.

Ian was super helpful and friendly, the booking was easy and efficient and the ac unit is looking much better and working really well! Great experience, would definitely recommend.

Absolute A+ service from Impact. Jamie went above and beyond in terms of customer service and relations to ensure I got the desired A/C unit for my needs. As a tricky customer with so much choice out there Jamie spent days going back and forth with me providing me with info and suggestions till we had what I needed.....A bunch of friendly guys then turned up and did a fuss free installation, no mess or problems just got it done ☑️ A great team and company to deal with! Impact recently completed the installation of a new Air Conditioning System as part of an Office Refurbishment project in Portsmouth. From survey to handover, the service has been outstanding. We look forward to working with Impact again in the future.
