In the end I did not need this service but I really appreciated their polite and prompt reply when asking for a quote.

They were friendly useful and helpful in revolving problems over the phone. And the staff that came to help with the removal were very helpful and helped assemble the furniture at the other end.

I have recently had to move house under very trying personal circumstances, so I was extremely anxious about the move! From the very first communications I had with this company, they were nothing but professional, courteous and an absolute pleasure to deal with. There was not a single scratch or any damage whatsoever to our belongings. They had covers for everything that required them and handled everything with such care. The team were funny and kept me entertained the whole day, which was a bonus! I cannot think of one thing to fault them on! Highly recommended!

Will and Caroline where friendly and helpful. From initial enquiry through to moving day the communication was clear and concise. They where able to provide packing material at an extra cost. The price was competitive and service was flawless. The flat was packed up quickly and they did a great job loading the storage locker.
