Will and Caroline where friendly and helpful. From initial enquiry through to moving day the communication was clear and concise. They where able to provide packing material at an extra cost. The price was competitive and service was flawless. The flat was packed up quickly and they did a great job loading the storage locker.

Super efficient team. I had a very quick response and a home visit to assess what had to be moved. Other firms had wanted to do a "virtual" visit! Will sent a quote really quickly. Caroline was always on hand to answer any queries (there were many!) either by phone/email. I had to change plans many times, and Caroline was always accommodating and calm. A true help when sorting the trials and troubles of moving. The removal was slick and professional, with all team members working together to dismantle my furniture and get it all loaded on the vans. I'm very glad and grateful I used I MOVE

We were extremely pleased with this firm I MOVE U who packed us up on one day, removed us on the following day and then moved us back into the new property on that second day. This was all arranged at very short notice. The super, friendly and efficient service provided by Caroline and Will and the team was excellent and could not be faulted.
