I used Immaculate Maintenance to carry out some work at my property. The work consisted of jetwashing two patio areas in my back garden. Also my front drivers jetwashed and finished off with sanding/dealing. The work was really good and carried out in a professional manner. The two guys that did the work were very polite and respectful. My front driveway looks new. Customer Service and workmanship are excellent. I would highly recommend this Company and would definitely use them again in the future.

Poor service. Windows were not cleaned to a satisfactory standard. Water marks were left on the windows. Also, they had damaged the paint work on the windowsills. Tried numerous amount of times to call and text via WhatsApp and were completely ignored for weeks on end. When confronted, he said he was busy doing other jobs. Very unprofessional of a business and no apology given either. Would not recommend their service

Prompt reply and professional. The work carried out was a Conseervatory clean. However, all my windows in the house were also cleaned inside and out although I was not expecting it.

They took down a chimney of a Victorian house, put insulation down on the ceiling below, and they filled in the hole left by adding in new tiles. They also added in a new membrane under the tiles. They took care to think where to put the new tiles so it was visually most pleasing. They redid the flashings, added cages to another chimney and fixed a leaking gutter at the front. They cleaned up really well. All was done within 1 day. It looks really good, they communicated well, and took great care in all that they did.

Extremely poor service—missed four appointments, went to the wrong address, and constantly rescheduled at the last minute. Despite repeated promises, they never showed up. Totally unreliable and a waste of time. Would not recommend.
