  A job well done

  Could not have been more helpful about sorting out a leak in our conservatory. Responded quickly to my request. Came round to have a look and found the problem. When it finally stopped raining after a few days Ian was back to sort it out. Highly recommended.

  Honest, Helpful and Professional Guttering

  Needed some gutter and roofing repair work in a difficult to access part of the house. Ian gave a very reasonable quote, and was completely honest, advising me I didn't need work undertaken that had been recommended by another builder! When completing the job Ian was punctual, polite, friendly and super professional. The work was to a very high standard. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he couldn't have been more helpful. Not only a great professional but a lovely guy as well. Would 100% recommend.

  Excellent job and great service

  Ian provided a realistic quote for the work and organised all of the logistics including the erection/removal of scaffolding and the supply of various materials required for the job. Once the dates were agreed all ran to schedule and the work was done extremely professionally. A few small items that were uncovered during the actual work were also addressed within the agreed price. Ian cleared up after every days work and kept things tidy and well organised, with minimal inconvenience to us.

  Guttering Repair

  Ian was absolutley brilliant! Arranged the appointment on the phone and Ian was true to his word. He was very punctial, polite and professional. He managed to fix and clean out the guttering and did a fantastic job. The pricing was extremely honest. I haven't met many tradesmen like Ian. I would highly recommend 'I Milner & Son Roofing'.

  Emergency guttering repairs

  Due to the recent torrential downpour my guttering had detached from my house and was dangling. Contacted ‘I Milner & Son’ via ‘Checkatrade’. Ian was absolutely brilliant! He contacted me very promptly and arranged to visit and carry out a repair. Ian was extremely punctual, professional, and completed the repair superbly. I will be contacting Ian in the future. Highly recommended!
