  New Bathroom

  We’ve used ilir and his team for years now and when we wanted to have our bathroom done we were always going to ask them to complete it. It included ripping out our old bathroom, structural work blocking a window and a false wall, plastering, decorating and installing the new bathroom. They are a great team and did such a good job as usual! They are all so friendly and also gave us some great advice as to where to place things and on going work. I highly recommend ILK builders for your projects in the future.

  Full house refurbishment A+

  Great work by Ilir and his team. Fair prices, very practical, fixed a lot of historic issues with our house, delivered project as we wanted it. Lots of good advice on improving the house beyond our initial design. Very accomodating to our personal family needs while doing the works. Team all friendly to us and our kids. Shame they are now finished!

  Single story rear extension

  ILIR and the team did a fantastic job doing the rear extension of the house from foundations to final finishes and paint. The building works were done to high standards and never cut corners. We had some challenges and Ilir gave us very good advice and we felt supported by him and his team. The original quote provided was bang on, didn’t charge more, any additional costs were due to changes we made (new kitchen) that wasn’t in the original quote. We would 100% recommend ILIR and we would definitely call him for any other works.
