  Replaced and renewed bathroom. Fantastic job from start to finish. Lliyan is very organised and informative through out, tidy, clean and polite. Great job from start to finish completing work to high standard. No half jobs all done to correct standard, great job all round would definatly use services again, thank you.

  Bathroom tiling and fitting

  I recently had my bathroom renovated by IIyian and I'm reallypleased with the final result. He was very responsive and communicated well throughout the project. He helped me with some unexpected issues by thinking on the spot and providing solutions. His workmanship is really good, overall the bathroom looks lovely and functions well. This is really what I wanted I would say the price was competitive too. I think Ilyian offered good value. I would definitely recommend him and would use his service again in the future

  Bathroom refitted

  I had the most trouble free experience with Iliyan. He did what I asked him to do but also made helpful suggestions for me to consider based on his experience. He was neat, professional and his work is of a very high standard. He communicates well so you know what is going on. Most importantly he is extremely honest even returning some extra money I paid him by mistake.

  Bathroom fitting

  This is the 2nd time we used Iliyan for a bathroom refit. We can recommend him very highly. His work is very neat and he made sure he take care of our property and left it clean. His work is of a high standard and he made good recommendations when we were unsure about decisions regarding layout and products to purchase. He will go the extra mile.

  Full bathroom reconfigure and fit and full kitchen fit

  Iliyan carried out a full bathroom reconfigure and fit with floor and wall tiling. He also fitted a full kitchen, flooring and lights. Illyan striped the rooms in record time and managed the job effectively. There was a small internal wall knocked also. It was a tricky plumbing job in my mind reconfiguration of pipes and electrics and full tiling and fit of a new bathroom. He fitted the kitchen at the same time. He covered extra tasks not quoted and some I paid minimal extra. He did a great job even with material hiccups. He knows what he is doing and is easy to work with! Highly recommended.
