  llyan is very versatile. He’s done so many different jobs to get our flat ready for rental - I just had to ask and he would suggest a solution. His work is of the highest standard and…. most important - he’s totally trustworthy.

  Bathroom fitting

  Iliyan did a fantastic job for our bathroom, fitting in a new bath-shower and moving the toilet and sink basin positions, retiling the walls and floor and cutting back a recess wall for us. His communication was flawless and kept us up-to-date on the work, providing us with options where necessary. He took great care in keeping the work space clean and tidy and completed the work with polish and precision.

  Ilyan was amazing, would 100% recommend. He was very competitive in his pricing and performed all the agreed actions to the highest quality and on time. He was also very clean and took away all the rubbish, he left the house spotless. Very responsive and very nice to work with. Thank you so much!

  Replaced and renewed bathroom. Fantastic job from start to finish. Lliyan is very organised and informative through out, tidy, clean and polite. Great job from start to finish completing work to high standard. No half jobs all done to correct standard, great job all round would definatly use services again, thank you.

  Bathroom tiling and fitting

  I recently had my bathroom renovated by IIyian and I'm reallypleased with the final result. He was very responsive and communicated well throughout the project. He helped me with some unexpected issues by thinking on the spot and providing solutions. His workmanship is really good, overall the bathroom looks lovely and functions well. This is really what I wanted I would say the price was competitive too. I think Ilyian offered good value. I would definitely recommend him and would use his service again in the future
