  I now have a warm home at last

  I'm so happy to finally be able to use my central heating after being told lots of different costly things could be wrong. John was extremely knowledgeable and quickly identified and fixed the problem.All done quickly, efficiently and didn't cost the earth. Thank you so much

  Disappointed with price and service

  Wayne came out to sort a leak from the toilet. He was here 10 minutes and charged £80. Before leaving he said there was a second leak and it would be another £130 to fix this one, we did not bother. Disappointed, paid £80 for 10 minutes work and still had a toilet we couldn’t use, in fact it was worse. Messaged about how I felt and he phoned back, offered to do it for £70 then £40, we said no.

  Boiler diagnostics and new boiler supplied and fitted

  They come out and a done full diagnostics on my boiler to find it was past repair. Give me a great quote for a replacement boiler and come out the next day to carry out the work. Work was completed in a very timely manner. Very happy with the work carried out.

  full strip out and replacement of bathroom fitting a new shower and toilet

  the guys were really friendly and hard working. They were able to explain and fully understood what the problems were with the existing bathroom and what needed to be done to put things right. Once they started work they were prompt, reliable and dedicated to the job even when the property threw up a couple of surprises. They also identified issues with the boiler and carried out additional work fitting a new one I would thoroughly recommend Ileys Plumbing and Heating in future

  Water pipe leak

  I had a leak on my main water pipe just before the internal stopcock. I posted the job and Wayne replied within 15 minutes and came the next morning and repaired the leak. Excellent service from him and would definitely recommend.
