I only enquired about the jobs I needed doing and asked if they could lower the price if possible as someone else agreed to negotiate so I thought I would try and if not, then at least I tried. They then proceeded to tell me I should’ve bought cheaper quality things rather than ask them to lower their labour costs to which I thought was very rude!
