John is not only an amazing diligent, professionable, knowledgeable and experienced electrician, his interpersonal skills are outstanding. He kept me informed every step of the way, in layman's terms when required, which is what I prefer. He never gave up when things became challenging and continued until he achieved. He was very clean, taking rubbish with him. I recommend John for any electrical work. Thank you John.

John is a very reliable and knowledgeable electrician who has upgraded two buy to let properties to the required standard to pass EICR requirements. As a remote landlord, it was great to pass the keys to John, with a list of jobs to be done. He clearly stated when he would be at the properties and was not phased when I suddenly added extra jobs such as installing smart thermostats to his list. He offered advice when asked and listened carefully to what I wanted. He talked me through options available with minimum intrusive chasing and was patient if I could not answer the phone immediately.

John has been a pleasure to work with. He is incredibly reliable, does a fantastic job and has been very patient when I've asked if I could add extra jobs to his list. I'm a first time landlord and his knowledge of legal requirements was excellent, and if unsure, John made a point of double checking for me. Highly recommended!

Excellent workmanship was very friendly. He explained what he needed to do and gave a cost upfront. Went out if his way to fit me into his schedule and stayed late on his first visit and fitted a temporary light as the job became bigger due to having to remove a ceiling and he even cleared up the rubble. Came back to complete the second part of the job within 24 hours of me ringing. I would definitely recommend this trades person and have already booked him to complete more work at my property.
