Our boiler stopped working and Sean came out the same day to get it working again, he unblocked the pump and got the heating and hot water going. Was clean and polite and very helpful, would highly recommend

Sean was a fantastic, personable professional, who turned up quickly to the job, identified the problem, and got stuck in until it was done. He explained everything that he was doing to ensure I understood what was happening, and I was impressed with the end result and competitive service. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for servicing on their home.

Excellent service, came in the time frame mentioned and the service and inspection were done quite quick and it seemed he know what he was doing.

From the initial point of contact through to completion (3day job) Ian & Sean provided a professional & courteous service. They arrived on time, knew exactly what they were doing and solved my problem still giving me hot & cold water supply at the end of each day, not to mention my much loved POWER shower! They even changed the Job requirements and immediately included this when I requested a thermostat upgrade to a new NEST WiFi Thermostat with iphone APP control. What a Service!!! I will be using and recommending IJB to all my friends and family.

Very pleased with our service. We had a boiler breakdown last night and I was amazed to get a technician so quickly. He was very friendly and explained in detail about the condense pot being blocked causing the hot water to stop. He fixed it and got the boiler back running perfectly! I will use IJB again and fully recommend them.

Sean came out to fix several leaks we had in our kitchen. The company were very responsive when contacted, Sean was very polite, efficient and very pleased to have the leaks resolved. Will be pleased to use their services again
